This beautiful, seventh floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this light and airy decorated vacation rental unit include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have been renovated recently and include new vanity, light fixtures and cabinets. The master bath also has a Jacuzzi tub. The living room has a TV, DVD player and a CD stereo system. The master bedroom has a TV and a VCR and the second bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player. This non-smoking unit has linens and towels provided for your comfort. One great feature of this unit is the stack washer and dryer in the unit.
