This beautiful, seventh floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom is on the Gulf side with doors leading to the balcony. Other features of this upgraded, beach inspired vacation rental unit include a kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite countertops, new cabinets and fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. There is also matching granite tile on the kitchen floor to match the countertops. All three bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, cabinets and d?cor with marble accents. The master bath has a lovely purple marble Jacuzzi tub and a matching separate large walk in shower. The living room has TV, DVD player, VCR and a CD stereo system. The master bedroom has a TV and a DVD player. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
