1. TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort

   The 2,480-square-foot Centre Court conference facility at TOPS’L seats 60 to 200 people, while the 648-square-foot Wimbledon meeting room hosts 20 to 80. The 980-square-foot Club Café can seat 15 to 50 guests, and all three spaces have Internet access and A/V equipment.

2. Mainsail Resort

   Featuring a 1,600-square-foot ballroom area and access to a business center, this Gulf-side resort mixes in plenty of pleasure, adding amenities like multiple swimming pools, a hot tub and sauna, game room, covered parking and lighted tennis courts.

3. Sundestin

   Two spacious meeting rooms are coupled with an available deck and Tiki bar. The Sundestin Ballroom can seat 55 to 200 people, while the Sunfish Room accommodates 15 to 50. This Gulf-side high-rise also has an onsite restaurant/bar, pools and saunas with massages available.

4. Leeward Key

   Just across the street from the Gulf, this property features an 880-square-foot meeting room with Internet access and seating for 20 to 70. Multiple pools and a fitness room provide recreation, and the pool decks are available in conjunction with the meeting facility.

5. Crescent

   Located directly on the Gulf, the Crescent can accommodate groups of 20 to 70 people in its 780-square-foot meeting room. This property features multiple swimming pools, sundecks, gazebos, a fitness center and a beach boardwalk.

6. Ariel Dunes

   Nestled between the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, this high-rise resort offers an all-purpose conference facility with meeting rooms of 800 or 1,000 square feet. Resort amenities include swimming pools, a golf course and eight tennis courts.
