1. TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort

   Three meeting facilities can accommodate a range of group sizes, from 15 to 200 people. Sports fans will enjoy the resort’s 12 tennis courts, racquetball, basketball and nature trail, while the resort’s multiple pools, hot tubs and onsite dining keep everyone relaxed and refreshed.

2. Mainsail Resort

   Featuring a 1,600-square-foot ballroom area, this Gulf-side resort introduces plenty of ways for families to have fun together. Amenities include multiple swimming pools, a hot tub and sauna, a game room for the kids, and lighted tennis courts. Covered parking is an added perk.

3. Sundestin

   Two spacious rooms plus an available deck and Tiki bar make this Gulf-side high-rise great for large groups. The Sundestin Ballroom can seat 55 to 200 people, while the cozier Sunfish Room seats 15 to 50. Sundestin also has an onsite restaurant/bar, pools and saunas.

4. Leeward Key

   This property, located just across the street from the Gulf, features an 880-square-foot room with seating for 20 to 70 people. Multiple pools and a fitness room provide recreation. The pool decks, accommodating up to 60 people, are available in conjunction with the large room.

   Located directly on the Gulf, the Crescent can accommodate groups of 20 to 70 people in its 780-square-foot social gathering room. This property features multiple swimming pools, sundecks, gazebos, a fitness center and a beach boardwalk.

6. Ariel Dunes

   Nestled between the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, this high-rise resort offers an all-purpose conference facility with meeting rooms of 800 or 1,000 square feet. Resort amenities include swimming pools, a golf course and eight tennis courts.
