Disappointed
I have stayed at Summerwind before and have been very satisfied. Unfortunately this time the visit was not as enjoyable because of the unit we stayed in. The fridge had the water turned off so there was not an ice maker, which meant buying ice all week. The dishwasher had a leak, maitenance came immediately but had to order a part and it was not in by the time we left. This meant mopping up water all week, even had family member slip and fall. The master toilet didn't flush well, we finally figured out to put a cup of water in the bowl when we flushed and it would work properly. These are irritations that took away from our vacation. I really like Summerwind properties, but I will not stay at this unit again.

ResortQuest standards are very high just as they are for you. The water to the ice maker is turned off in that unit due to an error by a prior renter and the unit almost flooded so the owners have turned it off and put in several ice trays. We are also sorry about the dishwasher as the unit was occupied before your arrival and there were no issues. Using an outside service can delay things. The toilet has been fixed as well. We do appreciate your feedback as it gives us an opportunity to improve areas that need attention. Please accept our apology and we hope this will not deter you from visiting us again.

Rooms were very clean and neat. Beach was great, not a lot of out of control noise or actions.The EAST BAY CRAB HOUSE is a great, great place to eat, better than any of the others!

Summerwind Condominium 703
We loved the stay at Navarre in 2008. It was my baby's first vacation (11 months old) and my daughter (11 years old) brought a friend. They were very comfortable in the guest bedroom with the two twin beds and tv/dvd. Great view from balcony. Real laid back atmosphere. Will definitely return.
