Freeman adventure
This condo was lovely. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning and night time to watch and listen to the ocean. I like the thought that it wasn't that crowded there. We had no problems. The staff were extremely helpful. Even when my son through his car keys down the trash chute, as he was dumping the trash!!! Yes he recovered them, thanks to the wonderful lady who helped.

Fantastic Condo
We fell in love with this condo. It is absolutely beautiful inside. It also has a great balcony that connects the master bedroom and living room. The balcony high captain chairs are super comfortable and are high enough to see over the railing and watch the dolphins play. It really is like a 3 bedroom with big flat screens in every room. We can't wait to come back. We fished every day on the pier. Also check out Beach Ware on 98 and have Jerome air brush a t-shirt. It is pure art. Fantastic condo in a fantastic location.

Summerwind-great!
We have been visiting Summerwind now for about six years. It has always been nothing less than perfect. The units are clean and well-stocked until you get to the grocery store. The sheets and towels are clean and in good condition. The accomodations are comfortable and there has never been any confusion regarding reservations or charges due. It would be handy to bring dish detergent and laundry detergent along from home so you don't have to go out and buy a large amount just to use there. The unit has enough for a day or two but if you're staying for a week you'll need more. Thanks for a good company and good service...the American way!

Great Condo, Bad Weather
n October 2007 we took a one-week vacation to Navarre Beach for the first time. We loved that the condo complex was near the end of the commercial beach strip. It's so nice to see undeveloped beachfront. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, clean and quiet with a nice view of the beach.
Our disappointment was with the weather. While it was still warm and sunny in October, it was also red-tide time. We couldn't stay on the beach for more than about 30 minutes without coughing, and the sight of dead fish everywhere was pretty sad. To make matters worse, a tornado came through the Pensacola area that week and brought torrents of rain.
While we enjoyed free rental movies, that's not why we came to Florida. After a few days of pouring rain, we left a day early. Our children weren't even upset by this, so that tells you how bad things were. However, the facilities were very nice, the pool was empty, the beach was beautiful, and the condo itself was great. The weather just didn't cooperate. Check on the red-tide before making October reservations.
