This updated unit on the 12th floor at Inn at Summerwind is perfect for your next family beach vacation! This unit has a brand new 42" flat screen television in the living room and also a flat screen television in the bedroom! This unit offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony with two chairs and a table. Another bonus for this unit is when you walk out of your vacation rental you have beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Sound. This unit offers a twin sized futon in the alcove area in the hallway for additional bedding. You also have a King sized bed in the bedroom and a Double Sleeper Sofa in the living room.
