Summerwind Center proudly features unit 1301. As you walk into this condominium you will find that it is decorated with plush designer accessories. As you make your way through to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, you will see you can sit down on the outdoor chairs and have a table to enjoy a cup of coffee or nice glass of tea. The balcony is extra long on the east side; almost the full-length of the condominium.
