As you step in this newly constructed home, you'll find all the amenities you'll need to make for a very memorable vacation. Fully equipped kitchen - even comes with it's own cookbook! All updated appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space. Enjoy the 6-chair wooden dining table as you sit to enjoy an elaborate meal or a quick lunch along with 4 a bar stools for extra visitors. Fido will also have fun running around this home as it is Pet Friendly! This beautiful home has 2-master bedrooms with king beds in both rooms along with their own private bath. The third bedroom is designed with children in mind. This is a large room with 2 large sized bunk beds with the bottom of one set consisting of a double bed allowing for 5 to sleep in this room. There is a bathroom attached to this room that is also shared by the main living area. The main living space is very comfortable and cozy. The couch and loveseat is black with a coffee table and a side chair. A nice warm large rug rounds out the space as well as a large flat screen TV. This home is completely wireless throughout and all phone calls, local and long distance are complimentary. You come to the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast for the sparking emerald waters and you're able to enjoy the scene on the expansive deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Sit back and relax as you fire up the grill and you might even see some dolphins playing in the water. You'll find all the comforts of home in this home-away from home.
