Summerwind Center proudly features unit 704. As you walk through the unit you'll find an expansive balcony with a direct Gulf of Mexico view and a view of the Santa Rosa Sound. There is plenty of seating outside to enjoy watching the dolphins play in the gulf while you listen to the ocean waves. One special amenity of unit 704 is the use of the owners' personal covered parking space. The living room is full of bright colors with a matching theme throughout the unit. There are nice big windows inviting in the sun and a sleeper sofa which allows for more guests. All rooms have beautiful decorative ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any meal you plan on cooking, should you chose to dine in. All white appliances and enough seating with a 6 chair table and 3 bar stools for extra elbow room. To ensure you have all the comforts of home, this unit offers a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has its own balcony entrance giving you privacy from the rest of the group for early morning sunrise views. There is a large walk-in closet and a chair giving you seating space aside from the bed. The master bath has a double sink and a garden tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a flat screen TV, has a ceiling fan and private bath. The third bedroom offers a bath that is common with the hall for other guests to use. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
