Summerwind West proudly features unit 1402. The living space of this unit is very inviting. A pullout sleeper sofa couch with two matching chairs and another side chair with ottoman make you feel at ease with lots of space. You'll be able to enjoy TV on your Sony flat screen with a DVD player. There is a matching rug and custom curtains and valence covering the sliding glass door. A six-chair dining table and two bar stools for extra elbow space at mealtime complete the open concept. The kitchen is equipped with all your essential items to make a great meal. As you make your way to the balcony you'll find four chairs and two small side tables to set your drink. The balcony has amazing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can usually find dolphins playing around. The master bedroom has a custom bed frame along with custom drapery and is carpeted and offers a private access to the balcony. The Master bedroom has a TV with VCR and DVD player. The guest bedroom is carpeted with its own TV, VCR and DVD player and has a shared bathroom that is common to the hallway. For your extra guests there is a bunk room with a small TV and VCR - Perfect area for the kids. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
