Great place to stay
Great view. VERY comfortable bed. Nice that it had the 2 showers. TV in every room. GREAT that it had the high-speed internet connection which helped me because I am taking on-line classes and was able to check and post my assignments. Great kitchen with appliances and dishes. Parking underneath (even though it is narrow) beats walking across the street to get the car. The only things I can think that needed to be improved is:
*floors needed to be mopped thoroughly. My white socks were black after walking around inside.
*Our door code was missing from the paperwork we retrieved from the after-hours box. And the gate code was incorrect. Resort Quest afterhours was able to give us correct codes.
*Very small pool
ANNIE at the front desk was FABULOUS! She was so kind and helped me with faxing a few documents. Wish all employees could be this great!

Fabulous Stay
I surprised my husband and son with a quick get-a-way and we were all pleasantly surprised to find that the pictures online did not do this condo justice. The decor is wonderful and the cleanliness was up to standard. I brought one of my son's friends along and the two of them had a great time inside the condo each day that I had to force them on to the beach one day during the trip. I'm not into high floors so the fifth floor was perfect for all us and parking is great!!! I had read before that people had trouble with the check-in and check-out but I found no problems. At check-in and check-out we were coming in and out during off hours so I never saw anyone at the front desk but I had no problems; it is just a matter of following the instructions and it was a breeze. I even left my cell phone behind and realized it about 5 minutes in to our departure drive and the security personnel were able to let me re-enter and retrieve my phone with no problems. I think some people are just spoiled and do not know how to roll with the punches. We loved our stay and my husband and I plan to return just the two of us for our anniversary and want this exact condo because we were just that happy. Wonderful Condo
we stayed here for fall break and it was so peaceful. The condo was excellent and beautiful. The location was good if you like shopping. we wanted to be near Pier Park. Our DVD player did not work and the maintenance guy didn't know how to switch it to player.(no big deal) There might need to be specific operating instructions; The pool and spa area was great as well as the workout room. I would bring extra towels, which I do anyway. There were just 3 of us so we had enough. Of course there was a nice washer and dryer. I would love to stay here again!
