1204 is a one bedroom --it was clean but showing wear. The sleeper sofa was NOT clean and unusable. Watch your step going out the balcony doors--there is a metal ledge to step over. The property is very nice--easy, secure parking, pool well kept,easy beach access, beautiful views. Based on observation, I just think 1204 is the least of what they offer. We would return, but we'd choose a different unit.
