Pensacola Beach Vacations
The intimate beach community of Pensacola Beach feels far removed from the bustling 30A strip, but it’s just a short drive to the eclectic shopping and dining options in Navarre, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola proper just across the bay.
Nature trails through the neighboring Gulf Island National Seashore offer a glimpse of unspoiled beauty and native wildlife. The nearby Blackwater River State Forest, known as the “Canoe Capital of Florida,” is a popular location for canoeing and kayaking.
The National Naval Aviation Museum is one of the largest aviation museums in the world, with approximately 150 aircraft on display aboard Naval Air Station Pensacola. NAS Pensacola is also the home of the U.S. Navy’s flight demonstration squadron, and visitors are welcome to watch the team’s incredible aerial acrobatics at practice air shows on select dates March through November.
