Arriving by Air
Two regional airports serve ResortQuest’s destinations along the Beaches of South Walton.
- Northwest Florida Regional Airport (Eglin Air Force Base, just north of Fort Walton Beach, FL) is served by American Eagle, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines and US Airways.
- Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Panama City, FL) is served by Delta Air Lines and Southwest Airlines.

ResortQuest has four check-in locations for Beaches of South Walton properties—our Santa Rosa Beach Office, Seagrove Beach Office, High Pointe Resort Office, and onsite check-in at Dunes of Seagrove. Check-in time is after 4:00pm for all Beaches of South Walton properties.

From the Northwest Florida Regional Airport (Eglin AFB/Fort Walton Beach):
- Exit the airport and travel north (turn right) on FL-85/Eglin Pkwy for approximately 3 miles.
- Turn left onto W John Sims Pkwy and travel for approximately 4 miles.
- Continue onto FL-20 East for approximately 3.5 miles.
- Take slight right to merge onto FL-293/Mid-Bay Bridge Connector and travel for approximately 6 miles. NOTE: This route includes a toll bridge.
- Turn left onto US-98/Emerald Coast Pkwy and travel for approximately 9 miles.
- Turn right onto County Hwy 30A and travel approximately 3.5 miles.
- Turn left onto Laura Hamilton Dr and travel approximately 130 feet. ResortQuest Santa Rosa Beach Office will be on the right.
From the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Panama City):
- Exit the airport and travel east. Take the first right toward State Hwy 388 and travel approximately 3 miles.
- Turn right onto State Hwy 388 and travel approximately 5.5 miles.
- Turn left onto FL-79 and travel approximately 5 miles.
- Turn right onto US-98/Back Beach Rd/Panama City Beach Pkwy and travel approximately 24 miles.
- Turn left onto County Hwy 393 and travel approximately 2 miles.
- Turn right onto County Hwy 30A and travel approximately 450 feet.
- Turn right onto Laura Hamilton Dr and travel approximately 130 feet. ResortQuest Santa Rosa Beach Office will be on the right.
From Interstate 10:
- Take Exit 85 for US-331/FL-83.
- Travel south along US-331/FL-83 for approximately 24 miles.
- Turn right on US-98 and travel for approximately 3 miles.
- Turn left onto County Hwy 393 and travel for approximately 2 miles.
- Turn right onto County Hwy 30A and travel approximately 450 feet.
