Corporate Groups & Meetings in Orlando
Make sure that fun is on your agenda, as our Orlando properties provide the perfect opportunity to mesh office time and recreation. Come host your next corporate meeting or conference in Orlando, and treat yourself, colleagues or employees to a playground that is as much for the young at heart as it is for the young. Mouse ears are optional, but we wouldn’t recommend wearing them in any official meetings.
From internet access to audio/visual equipment, we can provide what you need to communicate to large groups. We can even take care of your copies or faxes in the lobby. Our events staff can arrange meeting and conference space and then arrange group transportation needs if necessary. Or, use our full size dining room tables and outdoor patio areas to host less formal meetings or break-away sessions.
Bring the family along and take advantage of Disney World and countless other parks and attractions right here in our backyard. Plus, with amenity-filled villas with on-site pools, sports and recreation — you’ll never again think of "work" the same.
So, whether it's developing a business growth plan, or getting down to the serious business of what to order at our on-site restaurants and bars — be sure to contact us for your next business retreat, corporate meeting or business conference in Orlando. To start planning your group event at the Bahama Bay Resort & Spa, call our coordinators at 863-547-1679 or contact our Special Occasion Coordinator at Krista.Falcon@resortquestorlando.com.

Bahama Bay Located just minutes from Disney parks, this resort has the capabilities to accommodate a corporate meeting or conference just as well as it can host a family vacation. With a 500 square-foot room in the Clubhouse that can host up to 40 guests and a banquet room that can accommodate as many as 65 people, Bahama Bay is great for hosting meetings and conveying messages for a large group of people. Amenities such as heated pools, a walking trail and sports courts mean that down time can be recreation time. Plus, an onsite restaurant can host informal breakaway sessions, or host social gatherings when business isn’t on the menu.
