When you arrive in Sun Valley, be sure to stop by ResortQuest Sun Valley's check-in office, located at 333 South Main Street, Suite 101 in downtown Ketchum. There you can pick up your arrival packet, which contains keys and information about your lodging.

We can also answer all of your questions about activities and events in the area. Below are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about ResortQuest Sun Valley.


What is the best advice we can give?

Book early. The sooner you make your reservation, the better your chances of getting a unit that matches your preferences. All of our units are privately owned, so each unit is uniquely appointed and has different amenities and bedding.

Is it better to make reservations online or by telephone?

If you are familiar with our locations, making a reservation online may be your quickest and most convenient way to book. We do recommend calling us directly if you have a special request or are looking for specific amenities.

How can I cancel my reservation?

To cancel a reservation, you must contact our office and speak with a reservationist.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival dates incur a Cancellation Fee of 18% (this includes the Reservation Fee). Cancellations received within 30 days are refundable only if the property is re-rented. If ResortQuest Sun Valley is able to re-rent the property, we will refund the amount of the re-rental minus the fees described above. What is Vacation Rental Insurance?

The purpose of Vacation Rental Insurance is to provide protection for travelers against the unique risks associated with travel. Many of these risks, such as trip cancellation and interruption, are not generally covered by any other insurance available to travelers. What are your hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 7:00pm during peak season. During off-season, our hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday-Saturday. If you arrive outside of these hours, you may pick up your arrival packet from our late-arrival security box.

Peak Season: Mid-November to Mid-March, and Mid-June to Mid-September
Off-Season: Mid-March to Mid-June, and Mid-September to Mid-November

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is at 10:00am. Early check-in may be requested with 24-hour notice. Provided there is availability, we may extend check-out time for an additional fee. If you arrive after hours, you may pick up your arrival packet from our late-arrival security box.

What do we do if we arrive after hours?

If you arrive outside of our normal business hours, there is a late-arrival security box where you can pick up your arrival packet. The security box is located on a stand with a red light at the rear corner of the office on the Second Avenue side. Inside the security box you will find an envelope with your name, keys and driving directions to your lodging facility. To receive instructions and combination to the lockbox, it is important to contact us by calling 1-800-371-9180 or by email at sunvalleyinfo@wynvr.com.

Do you offer shuttle service from the Sun Valley Airport?

We do not offer a shuttle from the airport to our local office. See Getting to Sun Valley for driving directions, or explore our Travel Guide for a list of companies that offer Transportation Services, including rental cars, taxis and bus and shuttle services.

Can I send luggage or have something shipped ahead a time?

Yes. Please call our office so we can expect your package and have it waiting for you at our front desk. Any deliveries to your unit will incur an additional fee. Be sure to put your name and reservation number on your packages as shown in the examples below.

What is the Kids Ski Free program?

The Kids Ski Free in Sun Valley program lets Wyndham Vacation Rentals guests receive a free child's lift ticket, valid for children age 15 or younger. Guests will be issued one voucher for a free child's lift pass per child/adult pair listed on the reservation, up to a maximum of two vouchers per unit rented. This incredible money-saving offer is valid with a booking at any ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals condo or house in Sun Valley, and it may be combined with any of our other current vacation specials.
