Lodging Features: This luxury 3-bedroom/3.5-bath home provides outstanding views from the large deck and sunny, spacious living room. Spread across 3,100 square feet on two levels, and accommodating six guests, the home has three bedrooms plus a den and a one-car garage. All bedrooms have televisions with the master also offering a large walk-in closet and deck access. The gourmet kitchen will appeal to any cooks wanting state-of-the-art appliances and boasts a breakfast bar with four bar stools. The dining area is a formal setting with seating for 8-10. This home has wireless internet access.



The living room has 29 inch TV/DVD and a CD player, floor to ceiling west facing windows, a ceiling fan and large outdoor deck with patio furniture to seat 6. The master bedroom has 12 inch TV, ceiling fan and small balcony that faces east. There is a big walk in closet and the bathroom has a sunken tub and big walk in shower. The other two bedrooms and den are located downstairs. There is also a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The second bedroom has 29 inch TV, with southwestern exposure looking out over the covered patio with hot tub. This bedroom has its own bathroom. The third bedroom has 17 inch TV, faces west and has its own bathroom also. The den has 29 inch TV, stereo, game table with four chairs and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a covered patio off this room that has the private hot tub located on it as well as a small backyard. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: SunPointe Chateau 20 is located in the Elkhorn Village, and close to the free shuttle to town and ski lifts. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center.
