Lodging Features: This luxury tri-level 3-bedroom/3-bath townhome sits in the very heart of Sun Valley's River Run area. It boasts 2,500 square feet, with the most sought after combination of furnishings, location, views and amenities. It features hardwood floors, slate tile and granite and/or marble countertops in the kitchen. As you enter the slate tile entryway, you proceed either to the first floor master suite, which offers a king bed, 27 inch TV/DVD/CD, and full bath with sunken jetted tub, or upstairs to the second floor where the great room, third bedroom and guest bath are located. The living room features a self-starting gas fireplace, 42 inch TV/DVD/CD surround sound system, wireless internet access, and elegant furnishings and art. The third bedroom, located on the main floor, has two twin beds that can be bridged to a king upon request, a 14 inch TV/DVD player and access to full bath. The third floor offers the second master suite with king bed, private full bath with sunken jetted tub, and a 24 inch TV/DVD player. This unit will sleep up to 8 guests.



The first and second floors both have decks with unsurpassed mountain views, including unobstructed views of Bald Mountain. The first floor patio has a table, chairs and a gas barbeque grill. The first level also contains a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Central air conditioning is a wonderful amenity during the summer. There is a heated one-car garage (standard size vehicle only) with automatic opener. All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: The Harriman Townhomes are located one block from the River Run parking area, one block from the bike path and several blocks from the restaurants and shops of central Ketchum. These townhomes share the hot tub and year round pool at the Christophe Condominiums. There is free on-site parking. A free shuttle picks up a half block away and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
