Lodging Features: This 1-bedroom/1-bath condo offers comfortable, clean accommodations that provide many of the basic comforts of home. This 800 square foot condominium has a convenient ground level location and will sleep up to six guests. The living room offers a 27 inch TV, DVD and queen sofa sleeper. The dining table seats four while the breakfast bar in the full kitchen seats two. A deck off the living room provides good afternoon light and a comfortable setting for barbecues, with table and four chairs plus two lounge chairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and a set of bunk beds is located in the hallway in an enclosed alcove. The condominium is located at the rear of the complex, providing privacy and quiet. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and a grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort.
