Lodging Features: This three level, 4-bedroom/4-bath duplex-style townhome features fresh finishes and textures, lovely views of Bald Mountain and the southern foothills. The floor plan provides spacious accommodations for your family or group, with 2,300 square feet and room for up to 8 guests. The first floor has a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a bath, as well as access to the heated single car garage and laundry facilities. The second floor has the master bedroom and bathroom suite with a king bed, a 27 inch TV, walk-in closet and a two-person jetted tub. Also on the second floor is a bath and bedroom with two twin beds that can be bridged into a king bed upon request. The second floor also offers access to a small yard and private patio. The top level offers a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, living room, dining and kitchen areas. All are designed to provide the best views of the mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped and is adjacent to the dining room where there is seating for six at the table. A breakfast bar adds three more seats. New furnishings and pleasant decor make this a perfect home away from home. The living room offers a 40 inch flat screen TV, mini stereo with CD player, digital piano and wireless internet access. No pets are allowed on this property. A private hot tub provides the perfect way to wrap up a day on the slopes. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: River Ridge Townhomes are one of Sun Valley's most requested locations. They are on the bike path about two or three blocks from the lifts and are about six blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate on the bike path to the River Run day lodge or to a nearby "secret" trail that allows you to ski down to the lifts from about a half block away. You enjoy an enchanting Sun Valley ski vacation when you choose River Ridge. The area offers a free shuttle that stops about 2-3 blocks away which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
