Lodging Features: This superior 2-bedroom/2.5-bath sleeps 8 and has 2,000 square feet. A two level ground floor entry condominium, it is the perfect cozy spot for two couples or a family of six. The decor is focused on comfort and warmth, with a tile entryway leading to the open kitchen with stainless appliances including a double oven and breakfast nook area. A big bay window in the kitchen makes for a bright and sunny breakfast nook with seating for 3 or 4. The dining table seats 6 more. There is a wet bar next to the dining area and access to a small private deck with gas BBQ grill. The sofa and love seat face the river rock wood-burning fireplace in the living room and sliding glass doors lead out to a large rear deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has 40-inch flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player 5 CD player with surround sound system. This unit has private wireless internet.



The master bedroom, located upstairs, has king bed, a 40-inch flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, a river rock fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The master bathroom features tile countertops and floor, a sunken jetted tub, a separate shower, and a sauna too. A sitting area and access to a small private deck with a chaise lounge to enjoy the great foothill views complete the master suite. The iron and ironing board are in the master closet. The second bedroom, also located upstairs, has queen bunk beds and rustic log furnishings. This room has a mini-boom box with CD/cassette player, nice foothill views, and access to the full size bath with regular tub/shower in hallway. At the top of the stairs there is a set of built-in bunk beds with access to the hallway bath. A laundry room with full size washer/dryer is located on the main level and also includes a place to store skis. A half bath is right next to laundry room. Underground parking is available a short walk away. Please note, this unit does not have a phone. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Summit Condominiums are located beside the Elkhorn Plaza and within walking distance of the free shuttle which stops right in front of the complex. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort. There is a community hot tub on site. Additionaly there are swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts available to guests at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center.
