Lodging Features: This superior 3-bedroom+den and bonus room/2.5-bath home has 2,500 square feet and will sleep up to 10 guests. If you are looking for a sunny rental home, this is it. The kitchen is fully equipped, and open to the living room and dining room. There is a microwave and a dishwasher in the kitchen area and plenty of counter space. The dining table will comfortably seat eight. The spacious living room is open and has plenty of light with a gas log fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD and premium cable. The family area has a stereo with cassette and CD player. The bonus room, over the garage, has been converted to a second level den with TV. There is another family area adjacent to the entry foyer.



The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 20-inch TV, chaise lounge and beautiful southwest views. An en-suite bathroom with a large continental bath and oversized walk-in shower is just off the master. The second bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen bed, large walk-in closet, 19-inch TV, ceiling fan and southern views. This guest room has access to the full size bath in the hallway. The third bedroom is opposite the master, has two twins, and shares the full bath in the hall. This room has a clock radio and nice foothill views. The fourth bedroom is open to the hallway (no door) and has two twin sleeper sofas and a 30-inch TV. There is a full size laundry room as you enter the home from the two-car (standard or compact vehicles only) garage. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: The Yeager Home is located in a residential neighborhood in south Elkhorn, approximately 2 miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run ski lifts. The Elkhorn Plaza is about a mile away by car or bicycle (along the Elkhorn Trails). The Mountain Rides bus stops less than one block away during peak seasons, but does not service the Juniper loop during off seasons. The bus will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn Resort. This property has access to the Elkhorn amenities and Harker Center (amenities include: pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and more).
