Lodging Features: This luxury 2,500 square foot, 3-bedroom/2.5-bath condo boasts a prime West Ketchum location and will sleep up to six guests. It is a top of the line property featuring quality craftsmanship throughout, alder cabinetry, high end appliances in the gourmet kitchen, high definition TV, a fireplace, and patio off of the living area. This tri-level unit offers high ceilings and lots of windows.



The living room has a 37 inch flat screen HDTV with DVD and CD player, and wireless internet access throughout. The kitchen has top of the line appliances for your cooking enjoyment. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. There is a small patio off the dining room with BBQ and easy access to the bike path. This property has a laundry room with full size washer/dryer just off the front entrance. There is a half bath adjacent to the laundry room as well. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed and a 26 inch flat screen TV as well as a fax machine. The master bedroom also has its own full bath with sunken jetted tub and walk in closet. On the thirrd floor you find the two guest bedrooms, with great views to the east. The first bedroom has a king bed and 22 inch flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a 13 inch TV and wonderful sunshine. Both bedrooms have access to full size hall bath. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and a grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Central Park townhomes have luxurious furnishings, with high ceilings and rich textures, designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things such as warm hardwoods and beautiful antiques. This complex is located about seven blocks from downtown Ketchum and about four blocks away from the River Run Ski Lift access. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 3-4 blocks away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort. There is no garage.
