Lodging Features: This luxurious 3-bedroom plus loft/3.5-bath tri-level townhome is located in West Ketchum and convenient to the River Run ski lifts. With 2,800 square feet, it features the most sought after combination of furnishings, location and amenities. Southern windows and decks have maximum sun throughout the day for a real Sun Valley experience. On the first level as you enter the townhome there are two bedrooms, a master suite with queen bed, complete with a full bath boasting an extra-large shower, tub and a private deck, as well as a 19 inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player for your enjoyment. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, an en-suite bath with a shower/tub and a 19 inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. For your convenience there is a full-size washer and dryer on the first floor.



The second level features hardwood floors, a sunken living room with ample seating, two-sided gas fireplace, 40 inch flat screen TV, and a large deck facing south with maximum sun. The gourmet kitchen is bright and provides a cooking island. The dining area seats six. A small desk is available should you need a workstation with cable internet, as well as an adjacent powder room. The additional master suite is on this level and has a king bed, spacious en-suite bath with a whirlpool tub and a double sided fireplace for a romantic setting, and a 22 inch flat screen TV and built in DVD player. On the third level is the spacious loft area with a twin bunk bed with trundle and a sofa sleeper. The loft TV is for DVD use only. A full bath with shower completes this level. This property will sleep up to 10 guests. Central air conditioning comes with this townhome, as well as a one car garage (standard size cars only). All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. All linens and towels are provided as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: The Harriman Townhomes are located one block from the River Run parking area, one block from the bike path and several blocks from the restaurants and shops of central Ketchum. These townhomes share the hot tub and year round pool at the Christophe Condominiums. There is free on-site parking. A free shuttle picks up a half block away and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
