Lodging Features: This beautiful 3-bedroom/3.5-bath private home offers the perfect setting for a perfect ski vacation. The southern exposure has wonderful views of Baldy and the ski lifts are a short walk from the front door. The house consists of three floors, starting with the lower floor which contains a two-car garage (standard or compact vehicles only), two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, powder room and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.



The living area on the main level features a floor to ceiling river rock gas log fireplace on one wall and an adjacent wall of large windows with views of Baldy. Next to the fireplace is a 27-inch TV/DVD with satellite and a stereo, as well as wireless internet access. The bright, open kitchen has hardwood floors, offers plenty of counter space and maple cabinets. It is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffee maker and other appliances. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats eight. There is a large deck with private hot tub and wonderful views of the mountain.



The master suite is located on the third floor and offers a king bed, loads of sunshine from ample windows and an enormous en suite bath with whirlpool tub. The master suite also includes a 32-inch TV. The two downstairs bedrooms each have two twins that can be bridged to kings upon request. With 2,500 square feet, this home will sleep up to six guests.



This home is located in the heart of Warm Springs Village with the Warm Springs Day Lodge and lifts just a quick two block walk away. There are lockers at the base of Warm Springs for ski and boot storage so you don't have to carry them each time you go to ski. For summertime fun there is a bike path along Warm Springs Road that will take you into town or to the area-wide bike path that runs north for five miles and south for twenty miles. The path runs beside the Big Wood River in many areas for enjoyment of the beauty of the area. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley is proud to present Skiway Village homes, located in the Warm Springs area of Ketchum. The area includes Sun Valley's Warm Springs Lodge as well as a variety of other shops and restaurants. The ski lifts at Warm Springs serve the north face of the mountain. Units in this complex have access to the Prospector pool and tennis courts in the summer. Mountain Rides is a free bus service running every twenty minutes that stops a few yards from these chalets. It will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
