Lodging Features: This luxury 3-bedroom/3-bath townhome is conveniently located right on Trail Creek. It provides three levels of decks that overlook the creek (about 20 feet away!), which makes relaxing a breeze, of course! An extra-large hot tub is located on the bottom deck for soaking after a long day of enjoying all the recreation the area has to offer. High ceilings and luxurious hardwood floors add to the airy feeling you get throughout the unit.



The lower level offers a spacious master suite with a king bed, 32-inch HDTV with DVD and large master bath with soaking tub, shower enclosure, dual vanity and a large walk-in closet. Adjacent to the master suite is a media area with another flat screen 42-inch HDTV/DVD player (for game use only) and a leather love seat. Just off of the media area is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. The middle level, with the front door and garage entry, offers a guest bedroom with queen bed, 20-inch HDTV/DVD (for game use only) walk-in closet, and en suite bath with shower.



On the top level is a spacious great room with high ceilings, 42-inch HDTV above the wood burning fireplace and huge windows with awesome Baldy and Trail Creek views. This room is combined with a beautiful dining area that seats six comfortably with an antler chandelier over the dining table. A deck off the dining area has a Weber grill for your convenience. The elevated gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, alder cabinets and doors throughout. Also on this level is the second guest bedroom with two twin beds and a hall bathroom with shower. Professionally decorated and immaculately maintained throughout, this property is a perfect vacation retreat. Additional amenities include wireless internet access, ample storage, and heated two-car garage (compact or standard vehicles only). At just over 2,200 square feet, this townhome will accommodate up to six guests. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: SkiView Condominiums, located near downtown Ketchum, overlook tranquil Trail Creek and are about two blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately three blocks from the River Run ski lift access area. This complex offers peaceful escape yet has easy access to entertainment, dining and outdoor recreation. Guests are invited to enjoy the private hot tub on the deck year round. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance to the complex and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
