Lodging Features: This superior 3-bedroom+loft/3-bath home not only has a great location but the privacy is amazing. Canyon Drive is located in one of Sun Valley and Ketchum's most prestigious neighborhoods, the Gimlet subdivision, just 4 miles south of Ketchum. This home is a perfect setting for a wedding or special event. With over 4,000 square feet, this spacious home provides a great room including a river rock fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and a 42 inch flat panel TV, DVD, and CD system. Off the living room is there is a breakfast table that seats four and a formal dining area that seats eight. Adjacent to the breakfast area is a built in bar with a hibachi bar and built in grill with seating for four. There is also access to an additional deck with BBQ grill and plenty of seating for guests. The well equipped kitchen includes all granite counters and center island bar/sink. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar for three. A laundry/mud room off the kitchen leads to the garage. There is a desk area and wireless internet access should you need to work while you are in town and a full bathroom off the hall across from the kitchen/living area.



Its three bedrooms and loft offer accommodations for up to six guests. The master suite offers a custom double king bed and a wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights! The master bath comes complete with sunken tub, separate shower, his/her vanity and a walk-in closet with built in dressers. Just off the master bedroom you will find a private deck with fire pit and hot tub. The guest bedroom is also on this level and offers a king bed, large walk-in closet and en-suite bath with dual vanities. The second guest bedroom offers a king bed and an adjacent full size bath in the hall. The loft is accessed off the foyer and comes with a queen Bed and vanity sink for your convenience. This bedroom can use the full bath in the hall. This home is also pet friendly; however, all pets must be pre-approved, with signed pet etiquette policy form signed prior to arrivel. One dog only and there is a deposit and cleaning charge. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
