Lodging Features: This 1-bedroom+loft/1-bath home will sleep up to six guests and offers inviting, pleasing accommodations with moderate furnishings. This A-frame is one of our very special fishing/hunting retreats, located close to the Warm Springs Lodge at the base of Baldy and just one mile from Penny Lake for fishing or a picnic. This property is also pet friendly if you want to bring your dog.There is 100.00 non-refundable deposit charge for your pet. The home is approximately 950 square feet and is situated on Warm Springs Creek with fishing out your back door! For the avid skier, you can also ski down the back side of Baldy to the house.



As you enter the house there is a small foyer and a breakfast bar with 2 barstools. The full size kitchen is spacious and offers plenty of counter space. The dining table seats four comfortably. The living area has a wood burning stove and plenty of wood stacked for those chilly nights. You can watch the creek go by or spot wildlife from the living area. There is also a large deck facing the creek with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. The living room has a 46 inch flatscreen TV, a DVD player, wireless internet access, and a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests. Adjacent to the living area is a large bathroom with jetted tub. There is also a full size washer/dryer in the living area for your convenience. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and a 12 inch TV, and offers beautiful views of mountains and creek. The adjacent loft area has two twin beds. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep and may not be appropriate for older people or small children. It is the perfect rental for peace, quiet and privacy. During the winter months a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended. All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Cross Cut Cabin is located in Warm Springs, about 2 miles to the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts, and the Warm Springs apres ski spots. This home features a waterfront location and exceptional privacy. Located in Board Ranch, this unit is pet friendly. There is no shuttle access, so you'll want to have a car in the winter. This home is one mile from Penny Lake and 3.5 miles from Ketchum.
