Lodging Features:This 4-bedroom/3.5-bath home sits in an estate setting with unbelievable views of Bald Mountain and the surrounding mountains. Located just one mile north of Ketchum and just one and a half miles from the Sun Valley core, it is an easy ride on the bike path into town or to Sun Valley. This sunny home offers over 3,400 square feet of living space and is situated on almost three spectacular acres. The entry level provides you a wonderful ski and toy locker area for all of your sporting gear. There is also a wonderful steam shower and dry sauna in this bath as well as a ski tuning room adjacent to the garage. The first floor is also where the full size laundry room is located. As you continue to the second floor, you will find the bright living area which is centered around a wood burning fireplace and plenty of seating for you and your guests. There are floor to ceiling windows which are perfect for viewing the amazing views of Baldy, the Big Wood River and the surrounding mountains. There is a large deck off of the living area for summer entertaining. Adjacent to the living area is a sitting area with a 24" flat screen TV, wireless internet access, and comfy couch for relaxing. A telescope is in this room for viewing the wildlife out your door or for gazing at the stars while you are here.



Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen area with ample counter space and a dining area with a wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights/days. A six-burner Viking range, SubZero fridge, two dishwashers and two ovens round out the perfect kitchen for the gourmet chef. The dining table seats eight comfortably and for additional guests there is a small dining table in the living room for three people. This level offers a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a full hall bathroom. As you go up to the top floor, you will find the awesome, private hot tub room with a wonderful wood soaking tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing or hiking. There is a skylight above and again a wonderful Baldy view. The top floor is where two of the guest bedrooms are located. The first guest bedroom has twin bunk beds and a small desk and printer for your convenience. The second guest room offers a double bed. There is a full hall bath for these bedrooms to share. The master suite is also on this level with a king bed, a wood burning fireplace, a large walk-in closet, dual vanities, a jetted tub and separate shower enclosure. The views from the master suite are incredible of the surrounding mountains, you can relax on the private deck from this bedroom and just watch nature at her finest. This is a wonderful rental property for the avid outdoorsman that wants hiking, biking and fishing out the door! This home is pet friendly if you want to bring your favorite companion dog! All pets must be pre-approved, with signed pet etiquette policy form signed prior to arrival. One pet only (dogs only) and there is a deposit and cleaning charge. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
