Lodging Features:This luxury 3-bedroom/3.5-bath condo is located on the second floor of Elkhorn Springs building #106 and boasts 2,392 square feet with accommodations for 6 guests. This unit features a slate tile entry, hardwood floors, granite countertops and an open floor plan. There is a laundry room adjacent to the entry area, with full size washer/dryer. This unit offers air conditioning for the summer months. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV/DVD, wireless internet access, and a gas fireplace in the living room. French doors open to the deck facing the southern mountains and tennis courts. Adjacent to the living area is the gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, plenty of granite counter space and an island with 2 barstools.



There are dual master suites and one guest bedroom. The first master suite has a king bed and mountain views, high ceilings and a spacious bathroom with dual vanities, a separate soaking tub and shower enclosure. There is also a walk in closet in this bedroom. A powder room for guests is in the hall heading towards the guest bedroom and second master. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, mountain views and a full en-suite bath. The second master suite offers a queen bed and a spacious en-suite bath with a jetted tub, shower enclosure and dual vanities. There is plenty of room for your belongings in the large walk in closet. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and a grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Elkhorn Springs Condominiums are located in the heart of Elkhorn Village. The newly constructed Elkhorn Springs is within walking distance to the new post office. During the summer months, you have full use of the amenities at the Elkhorn Resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center when you stay at this property. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up just steps away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Dollar Mountain Resort. Dollar Mountain Lifts (Elkhorn lift) are located .2 miles from the unit, Dollar Mountain Lodge Lifts are located 1 mile from the unit and Bald Mountain Lift is located 4 miles from the unit.
