Lodging Features: This spacious 4-bedroom/4.5-bath home provides outstanding mountain views and plenty of living space for your vacation. With 3,100 square feet of living space, it will sleep up to eight guests. The entry level is where you will find two guest bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and en suite bath with shower. The second also offers a queen bed and en suite bath with shower. In the garage there is a special den/game room with air hockey, arcade games and a theater-style flat screen TV.



The second level is where you will find the spacious living room with a fireplace, mounted flat screen TV and plenty of comfy seating. The views are amazing from both the living area and the dining room, which easily seats 8-10. The kitchen is wide open and perfect for entertaining with solid granite countertops, an extra-large stainless SubZero refrigerator, ample counter space, and four barstools for extra seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a brand new living area featuring a pool table, mounted flat screen TV, fireplace and a wet bar for entertaining. If you need to do a bit of work while you are here ... you have found the perfect office space in this home, with state of the art flat screens and a desk any executive would love. Floor to ceiling windows face the backyard, showing a wonderful waterfall and fire pit, and there is a gas grill for outdoor BBQing too. The master bedroom offers a king bed, large walk-in closet, and a spacious master bath with whirlpool tub, dual vanities and a steam shower. The bedroom armoire holds a large flat screen TV. There is a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board near the kitchen area.



The third level is where you will find the third guest bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Wireless internet access is available. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.

This exceptionally well-appointed home is located across from Dollar Mountain on Skyline Drive, within 2 miles of downtown Ketchum and close to the free shuttle to town and ski lifts. You are within a short drive of the Sun Valley post office, shops and restaurants as well as the new Sun Valley Pavilion. The Elkhorn Golf Course restaurant is also just a short distance away and has a wonderful menu during the summer as well as great service.
