Lodging Features: This superior 3-bedroom/2-bath home not only has a great location but is a short walk to the bike path and Big Wood River. As you enter the house you will find an open living area with bamboo floors, plenty of comfy furniture and a 36 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The remodeled kitchen has plenty of counter space and new appliances as well. Off the kitchen is the door to the spacious backyard which is fenced if you bring your dog. (This unit is pet friendly. All pets must be pre-approved, with signed pet etiquette policy form signed prior to arrivel. One pet only (dogs only) and there is a 100.00 non-refundable deposit charge.) A gas BBQ grill and patio furnishings complete the back yard. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which seats 6 comfortably. >br>

Off the living room is the master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath. On the other side of the living room are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest room offers two twin beds that can be bridged as a king bed upon request. The second guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath. Bring your laptop ... this home has wireless internet access. Home has full size washer/dryer. The home also boasts 1,600 square feet and accommodations for 6. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
