Unit Features: This sunny 2-bedroom+loft/2-bath end unit is perfect for up to six guests. It offers inviting, pleasing accommodations with moderate furnishings and some updated features, plus 1,300 square feet of space. The living room has a 36 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to the living area there is a dining table that seats six. The fully equipped kitchen area has plenty of counter space. There is a stackable washer/dryer in a closet by the kitchen. The main floor master has a king bed, 19 inch flat screen TV and en-suite bath. The second floor guest bedroom has a king bed and access to full size bath in the hallway with a regular tub/shower. There is a 20 inch TV with DVD/VCR and a large walk in closet. The loft bedroom has 2 twin beds and is also located on 2nd floor with access to the hallway bath. There is also a game table with plenty of games and a desk in this loft bedroom. There is a large deck at the front entrance with a gas grill for the summer months.



Complex Features: Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located across Trail Creek just south of the Sun Valley Village. The new Sun Valley Pavilion and Sun Valley amenities are an easy walk or bike ride away on the non-motorized paved bike trails. Dollar Mountain is nearby and Baldy is just a quick ride on the free shuttle. Guests have access to the pool, hot tub and sauna at Sun Valley Village as well as discounted rates at the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sun Valley golf course. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance of this complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
