Lodging Features : This superior 1-bedroom plus loft/2-bath condo is a waterfront end unit on the second floor and features a Baldy view from the living area. Granite tile counters throughout, whirlpool tub and a gas fireplace are just a few of the added amenities. This wonderful property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer. With 1,10 square feet, it will accommodate up to six guests.



The living room has 36 inch TV/DVD, and wireless internet access is available. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. As you enter the unit there is a ski rack in the entry for your convenience. The master bedroom is located on the first level and offers a queen bed. There is a full size bath on this level across the hall from the master bedroom. This bathroom has a luxurious whirlpool tub and the stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and a large breakfast bar facing the dining table which seats four to six. There is a deck off the living room that is situated on Trail Creek. There are partial views of Baldy in the living room as well. There is a rock gas fireplace for those chilly nights and plenty of comfy furnishings for relaxing. There is a queen sofa sleeper for added sleeping arrangements in the living room. The second floor is where the loft bedroom is located and has a four poster queen bed, ample sunshine and en-suite bath with dual vanities and granite countertops. All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and near the River Run ski access in the winter. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining needs. Complex offers common area hot tub and outdoor parking.
