Lodging Features: This superior 2-bedroom/2-bath condo is the perfect Sun Valley retreat! This split-level unit is situated on the second level of the Limecreek Building and offers 1,600 square feet and space for 4 guests. As you enter on the first level you will find a kitchen complete with granite countertops and tile flooring. The living room includes a gas fireplace, leather sofa and chair, and a 25 inch TV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and seats 6 comfortably. Also located on the first floor is the first bedroom with two bridgeable twin beds that can be made a king upon request and private bath featuring a fully tiled glass enclosed shower. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed and private bath, as well as a sitting area with 19 inch TV. A stackable washer/dryer is located in the upstairs hall closet for your convenience. Both the living room and master bedroom have gas log fireplaces. Private patio with seating for two contributes to the comfortable ambiance of this spacious, well-appointed condo. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from Sun Valley village. The new Sun Valley Pavilion is about two city blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, pools, hot tubs, shops and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or hiking enjoyment. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance of the complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
