Lodging Features: This moderate 3-bedroom/3-bath condo is located in Sun Valley but does not have access to Sun Valley amenities. This split-level unit is situated on the second level of the Deadwood Building, offers 1,800 square feet and will sleep six guests. As you enter on the first level you will find a kitchen complete with tile countertops and tile floor. The living room includes a gas fireplace, sofa, leather chair, side chair, and a 27 inch TV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and seats 6 comfortably. Also located on the first floor is the first bedroom with a king bed, a 19 inch TV and a private bath. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the hall closet on this level for guest use. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed, a 19 inch TV/DVD and private bath. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and has two twin beds and a 19 inch TV. There is also a bathtub in its private bathroom. Both the living room and master bedroom have gas log fireplaces. A private patio with seating for two contributes to the comfortable ambiance of this spacious condo. Wireless internet is available in this condo, so bring your laptop. This unit offers a ski locker located inside the building enty foyer. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion. Rental of this unit does not include access to Sun Valley amenities.



Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from Sun Valley Village. The new Sun Valley Pavilion is about two city blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or hiking enjoyment. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance of the complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
