Lodging Features: This luxury 1-bedroom/1.5-bath home is loft living like no other in Ketchum. The ground floor level offers a one car garage, laundry room, sitting area for ski boot removal and ski/boot storage. As you enter the light-filled loft area, which is located one flight up, you'll find decks with mountain views off the living area, dining area and bedroom. The deck off the dining/kitchen area has a gas grill. The kitchen has stainless counters and appliances, including a gas stove, and is open from the living area. The living area boasts a 50-inch flat screen TV with DVD player and leather furniture. The dining area seats four comfortably and is directly between the living area and the kitchen. There is a half bath located at the top of the stairs before you enter the living area.



Off to the right of the living area is the bedroom/office area with a queen bed and en-suite bath with a shower. The bedroom has closet and drawer space, a 32-inch flat screen TV, and wall to wall windows with mountain views. The office area comes complete with a computer and has private wireless internet access. The entire loft has hardwood and stone heated floors. The ceiling is a complete arch that allows ample sunlight to fill the loft which is complemented with contemporary art work. The loft area is approximately 800 square feet and sleeps two for that ski getaway or summer fun. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: The Warm Springs Home is located right off Warm Springs Road, approximately one quarter mile from downtown Ketchum, with a bus stop right across from the home. This is a truly unique home with a luxury loft experience. This home's location offers easy access to the slopes and a quick drive or short walk to downtown.
