This Bigwood Riverfront home is large enough to accommodate a crowd, yet each room is cozy and inviting. The home is approximately 10 minutes from the town of Ketchum, on 1.09 acres of land, in a private sub-division with million dollar views. The home features a chef's kitchen, large master suite and charming guest cottage. This home is approximately 6,800 sq feet, with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. The primary residence features a master suite with king bed, en suite bath, double-sided fireplace, and sitting area. The home also has second and third bedrooms upstairs, each with en suite baths. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has one queen bed. The lower level of the home features a fourth bedroom/game room with two twins. The fourth bedroom also has an adjoining bath with steam shower, and there is a full laundry just down the hall. The kitchen features a six burner gas range, two warming drawers, three ovens, wet bar, and walk in pantry. Just off the kitchen there is a breakfast nook and main dining area with a fireplace overlooking the river. The living area also features a large flat screen TV and several seating arrangements. The home has an office with private balcony overlooking the river, wireless service, and central air conditioning.

The guest cottage features two bedrooms, each with en suite baths, one has a King bed and the other has a sleeper sofa and sitting area with flat screen TV. There is an entry area with small kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The cottage is just steps from the main home making it easily accessible, but private to the main home.

In addition, the home has a heated garage with parking for one car inside and additional parking outside. The driveway has heated pavers. Just off the garage is a mudroom with lockers for boots and coats. There is an 8 person covered hot tub on the back deck overlooking the river with two fire pits and gas grilling area. This home is pet friendly if you want to bring your favorite companion dog! All pets must be pre-approved, with signed pet etiquette policy form signed prior to arrival. One pet only (dogs only) and there is a deposit and cleaning charge. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
