It offers the perfect family or fishing retreat with privacy, elegance and comfort, and with 3,000 square feet it will accommodate up to 8 guests.



The elegant and comfortable living room surrounds the fireplace and has a two banks of windows overlooking the pond and woods. You will also find a 32 inch flat screen TV in the sitting area adjecent to the living room. Two sitting areas and a grand piano also are featured as part of the main living room area, making entertaining easy. There is media room with 48 inch flat screen TV surround sound and HD DVD player. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, Wolf range and Sub Zero refrigerator with island prep station, perfect for the gourment cook in the family. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table, a sitting area with two comfortable chairs, wood fireplace and windows looking out to the mountains, woods and pond.



The master bedroom is located upstairs with a king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and en-suite bath complete with a soaking tub that has views of the mountains and a beautiful equestrian property down the road. The bathroom also has a large, separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, 24 inch flat screen TV and its own full bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a 32 inch flat screen TV and the fourth bedroom has a double bed . The media room has 46 inch flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD and foosball table. Home has full size washer/dryer and wireless interenet access.



This serene property is a private, quiet home in a park-like setting. This home is a perfect home base for a fishing couple and for family with easy access to the river.
