Lodging Features: With 1,750 square feet, this moderate 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome will sleep up to six guests. The main level has a great room with 32 inch TV/DVD, leather sofa, leather loveseat, two leather chairs with ottomans and a deck with full Bald Mountain views. There is a wonderful wood burning river rock fireplace to enjoy on main level as well. The open dining area seats six and the kitchen has all stainless appliances including a glass top electric range and microwave. There are three barstools as well for additional seating. This home has dual master suites with full en-suite baths; the first is located on the garden level with a 27 inch TV, overstuffed leather side chair, a private patio and acess to the community hot tub is just outside the door. The second is on the main level which is on the top floor, boasting vaulted ceilings, views of Bald Mountain and 27 inch TV. The third bedroom is on the main level and features a sitting area, a CD mini-stereo and a full bath off the hall. All three bedrooms have queen beds and the entire home is spacious and bright from the fabulous windows that also offer fantastic mountain views. A full size washer/dryer is located in the downstairs hall closet. There is wireless internet so bring your laptop. A one car garage is avaliable for your convenience during the winter (no garage in the summer). All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Aspenwood Townhomes are situated on a quiet corner in the Warm Springs neighborhood of Ketchum. There are four garden entry tri-level homes in the complex, each with a one car garage and onsite parking. (Garage available winter only) Complex has a community outdoor hot tub. These townhomes are located just off Howard Drive in the heart of Warm Springs, only one block from the ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The lifts operate during the summer for hiking and biking and winter for skiing and snowboarding. There are shops and dining within a one block radius. The free area-wide shuttle stops at Apples Bar and Grill and Creekside Estates - both stops are about half a block away. The shuttle runs until midnight during peak seasons and offers transportation to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the resort areas of Sun Valley Village and Elkhorn Village.
