Lodging Features: This 2-bedroom/2-bath condo provides comfortable, clean accommodations with many of the basic comforts of home, for an exceptional value. This two-level, ground level entry condo has both bedrooms and one bath on the lowest level with common living areas and the second bath on the upper level. The second floor features vaulted ceilings, with an open living room and kitchen, plus an office desk area near the stairway. The deck off the living room includes two chairs, a table and a Weber charcoal barbeque. There are also small decks accessible by sliding glass doors from both lower bedrooms.



The living room has a 19 inch TV and a wood burning fireplace to relax around. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 4. The breakfast bar seats another 4. One of the two full size bathrooms is on this level of the condo. The master bedroom, located on the lower level, has a queen bed and has access to the full bathroom in the hallway. The second bedroom, also on this level, has two twin beds and access to the full size hallway bath. The condo has approximately 1,500 square feet of living space. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and a grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Blue Grouse condominiums are situated in the River Run area. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and the River Run ski access area in the winter. Common area washer/dryer. No pool or hot tub access. You can walk to all that town has to offer from these spacious condos. Just a few blocks from shopping, restaurants, galleries and more! The area offers a free shuttle that picks up just a block away which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn resort.
