Lodging Features: This superior 3-bedroom+loft/5 bath townhome features 3,100 square feet and space for 11 guests. A tri-level town home is in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run area one block from the Bigwood River, it features a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. From the grand stone entryway guests ascend the wrought iron stairway to the great room level with the living, dining, kitchen areas. The great room has a gas ignited wood burning fireplace, 52 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD/CD system, fabulous views with the floor to ceiling windows, deck facing Bald Mountain, formal dining area that seats 10, additional seating for 4 at the granite breakfast bar, and kitchen with top of the line appliances including Subzero fridge, double ovens and a Thermador 6-burner gas range, and a powder room. The master bedroom suite, with king bed and spacious Roman whirlpool tub in the attached bath, is also on the main level. The third level has a loft bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds and its own en-suite bath. The ground level guest bedroom has a queen bed and daybed with en-suite full bath and private courtyard. The second guest bedroom is also located on this level with two twin log beds, its own en-suite full bath and access to the private courtyard. All bedrooms but the ground level twin guest room have 27 inch flat screen TVs/DVD. This unit has air conditioning to keep things cool during the summer. There is also a laundry/mud room with full size washer/dryer and access to the heated two-car garage. This luxury home sleeps 11 and is perfect for a large family or group. There is wireless internet access, however it does not have pool or hot tub access. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and a grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Central Park townhomes have luxurious furnishings, with high ceilings and rich textures, designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things such as warm hardwoods and beautiful antiques. This complex is located about seven blocks from downtown Ketchum and about four blocks away from the River Run Ski Lift access. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 3-4 blocks away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort.
