Lodging Features: This moderate 3-bedroom/2-bath condo boasts 1,200 square feet and sleeps eight comfortably. The unit is located above the outdoor community hot tubs. The building is accessed through a second floor exterior entry with interior hallways that lead you to the main entry of the condo, on the third floor. The entry area opens up to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen you'll find the dining area with a large dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for 2 with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a gas fireplace, 32 inch TV, DVD player, and a stereo system with mounted speakers. From the living area you have access to the large outdoor deck facing Trail Creek and the two hot tubs.



The master bedroom has a king bed, a deck with mountain views, a spacious double closet, 21 inch TV and en-suite bath. The first guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share the full size hall bath. There is a barbeque grill on the deck off the second guest bedroom. This unit also includes a full size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double door closet. There is ski storage in the hallway and one assigned parking space for this unit. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about six blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries and shopping easily accessible. The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located and there is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. On-site parking is limited to one space.
