Lodging Features: The Sage Road duplex a perfect place for extended family reunions, ski clubs, or wedding parties who want lots of space, views and proximity to skiing. This 5-bedroom/5-bath condo offers inviting, pleasing accommodations with moderate furnishings and some updated features. It offers 3,500 square feet and room for up to 18 guests.



As you enter the first level you will be in the living room which has amazing 25 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. There is a river rock wood-burning fireplace for those chilly nights and two comfy leather sofas and an overstuffed chair for relaxing. There is also a 55" HD flat screen TV in the living area and wireless internet access. Off of the living room, there is a nook to store skis and boots. Guests have access to the large deck with a private hot tub facing Baldy and a gas BBQ grill. There are new hardwood floors that lead to the dining area and kitchen with granite countertops and a five burner gas stove. Off the kitchen there is a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The dining room table is picnic style and seats 10 comfortably, there are also two barstools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. There is a small desk in the kitchen should you need a workspace while in town. Also on this level is the first guest bedroom with two twin beds and access to full size bath in hallway.



The second guest bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen bed. There is another full size bath off the hall. The loft landing area holds a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and looks down over the living area. The third bedroom on the second level is the master and has a queen bed, en suite bath and a 40" HD flat screen TV, and a small deck with views of the mountain.



The great room located on the lower level has another 55" HD flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living area, there is a brand new kitchenette, with a microwave, mini-dishwasher, mini-refregerator, plus cooking utensils, cookware and tableware for eight. The nearby table serves as a game table or can be extended to serve up to eight for dining. From the lower level, access bedrooms four and five off the great room. Bedroom four offers a queen bed and an en suite bath with tub and shower. The fifth bedroom has queen bed and en suite bath with shower. This unit also offers a dry sauna. There is a nook off the sauna to store skis and boots. Separate enterance and heating for lower level. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.



Complex Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the Sage Road Home #320A. This half of a duplex provides a great location for both winter and summer activities. Located on Sage Road just off Skiway Drive, it is approximately a half mile to access the Warm Springs amenities including restaurants, the lifts, and the Warm Springs Day Lodge. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the home which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort.
