Wood River Trail System | ![]() | ||||
| Maintained by the Blaine County Recreation District, the Wood River Trail System encompasses 32 miles of year-round trails. The trail is accessible from numerous locations as it connects Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum and Sun Valley. Interpretive signs along the trail mark historic spots and help tell the story of the area—from the mining heritage that dates back to the 1880s, to sheep ranching in the 1930s, to the Union Pacific Railroad's ski trains in the 1950s and '60s that set the stage for today's world-class ski resort. | ||||
