Keith Odza started with The Resort Company in Steamboat in 1993. He moved up quickly in Steamboat to managing the Front Desk at The Lodge at Steamboat, La Casa and Dulany. In 1997, The Resort Company acquired the management contract of Lion Square Lodge in Vail, and Keith became Operations Manager soon after. In 2002, Keith became General Manager of Montaneros, and an integral part of completing a three million dollar renovation of Montaneros in 2005. Keith served as Vail Valley Lodging Committee Chairman for 6 years. In 2010, The Resort Company acquired the management contract of BlueSky Breckenridge and Keith moved over there to assume the General Manager position. BlueSky at the time was 3 years old and had several mechanical issues. Keith and his team have helped solve many of these issues. Another tough issue coming into the property was the division of owners of who they rented through and Keith has brought the majority of owners under The Resort Company’s umbrella, along with having good communication to all owners. In addition to his duties at BlueSky Breckenridge, he also coordinates all the Vail Valley Technology needs. Keith is chairman of the Maintenance Manager Committee and also is a member of Technology and Standards Committees. He also was on his community of Eagle Vail, Colorado Metro Board for 2 years and on Breckenridge Central Reservations Committee. In October 2012, Keith was named General Manager of Wyndham Vacation Rentals Orlando. He oversees Bahama Bay Resort and Spa and Caribe Cove Resort. The two properties have nearly 600 rental units and over 40 buildings.
Keith’s diversity of properties and towns he has worked for has become a great asset to the company.
