Andru has been with ResortQuest for over 10 years, after starting in the Maintenance Department and moving up to Maintenance Manager before becoming GM. With a BA in Psychology he has been named as a "Star of the Lodging Industry" by the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association. He is an active community member and has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Breckenridge Resort Chamber, as well as being a member of Rotary. In his personal life he goes under the pseudonym of Dru Carter and has recorded three albums and can often be seen on stage with his guitar at summer shows and concerts.
