Located on the north boardwalk in the popular Grand Pavilion complex of Wild Dunes, this home offers Lowcountry charm and easy access to the Grand Pavilion pool and cabana complex. The beach is just a short walk away. All the bedrooms in this home are roomy, and have their own TVs and baths. Square Feet: 2445



FIRST FLOOR The front porch has a cafe table and chairs, so you can enjoy mornings on the quaint boardwalk. Follow the boardwalk down to the pool complex and beach, or enter the door and find yourself in the living room, which offers lovely hardwood flooring, plenty of windows, sisal area rug, and lots of comfortable seating. A TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable is available for your entertainment. The adjacent dining room seats six guests at the table. The breakfast bar seats another three guests, and separates the dining room from the fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with two queen beds is just past the kitchen. This bedroom has its own TV, and shares the hall bath, which features a double sink.



SECOND FLOOR At the top of the stairs is a bedroom furnished with two queen beds, which has its own TV and bath with double sink. A second bedroom on this level is furnished with a king bed has a small cafe table and its own TV and DVD combination. This bedroom has a private bath with double sink. THIRD FLOOR: The entire third floor is the master suite. It is furnished with a king bed and has a sitting area with a TV, as well as a small cafe table and a small private deck. The master bath has His and Hers vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate stall shower.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. This home does NOT have a Wild Dunes Sports Card. Wild Dunes amenities are limited to golf, dining, community swimming pool and bike trails.

Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
