This home is a great vacation value! The unique 'round house' design is tucked in amongst Live oak and Palmetto trees across the street from the beach, and provides a great little beach haven for those who just need to get away for a while. The cupola offers lots of natural lighting, and adds to the charm of this home. Furnished decking surrounds the house, and an outdoor shower provides convenience as you return from the beach. Guest enjoy access to wireless internet. With two bedrooms and two baths, this home can accommodate up to seven guests. Please be aware: this home's furnishings and appliances are aged and showing signs of wear. This home does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal. Approximately 1203 square feet.



LIVING AREAS: The living area includes plenty of seating, and has a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. A sleeper sofa provides additional bedding. Sliding glass doors open to the furnished deck, which includes a gas barbeque grill and seating for up to four guests. The dining area inside can seat four guests around the table, and is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar which seats five. A full hall bath is located off the living area. At the heart of the home, a glassed in cupola provides plenty of light, and creates a focal point for the house. In addition, all living areas include sliding glass doors, creating additional light sources.



BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has its own TV and VCR. A loveseat in the corner provides additional seating. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and also has a charming daybed tucked into a berth, reminiscent of a ship's stateroom. A flat screen TV provides additional entertainment. A full bath with shower/tub combination can be accessed through the walk-in closet.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
